- RoboPlazma™ Marking power source eliminates use of an additional job marking station
- Plazma Marking power source is a standalone unit which is integrated with existing plazma cutting power source. The Plazma torch enables marking with just a change of consumables
- The same Plazma torch can be used for marking and cutting with only consumable change
- The Plazma marking operation is fully integrated with offline RoboSwift™ software with an auto parameter setting for:
- Layout marking
- Stiffener weld line marking
- Digital Numbers & Letter marking
- Line width – 2mm +/-1mm
- Digital font height 50 mm and above with single type
- Marking enables alphanumeric job identification for easy & fast fit ups
- Weld line marking, Component placement & alignment marking
- Bending line marking
